Printer is popular with its ultra high resolution, beautiful printing effect,its widely used area and its extensive demand. Now more entrepreneurs engage in the advertising industry.But many operators don’t have the common about the maintenance, operation, the solution of the common problems of printers. Improper operation can easily causes the damage of printer.
Figure garbled is caused by many interferences, more generally is the printhead interference, we need to pull out printhead data line; it might be caused by electrostatic interference, we need connect with the earth line briefly, actually electrostatic can easily effect on printer, the severe result is that printhead can be burned and the printer can't work, so we must make sure that the ground wire is well connected before the working of printhead;Other interferences, such as computer equipment to the USB U disk, may interfere the printhead, we need to pull out U disk, restart computer again; another reason is that decoder needs to be replaced, if the grating is damaged, we need to change the grating.
We need to change the new printhead due the wastage or aging of printhead in the using process. But printhead is a sophisticated part, which needs operating according to the requirement when replacing a new one. Here are some specific points we need to pay attention to when changing new printhead:
A. Empty the extra ink in the printhead and clean it fully by using the special cleaning liquid;
B. Turn off the machine power supply and unplug the power outlet;
C. Use multimeter to test the fuselage to see whether there is electrostatic and release the static electricity;
D. Upload the right screw in fix to printhead, loosen the upper screw and the left screw, remove the printhead;
E. Put the printhead on the non-woven fabric with cleaning liquid and put it in the box;
F. The correct loading of printhead can avoid some unnecessary loss and prolong the service life of the printhead.
