StormJet 3180 Eco Solvent Printer with Double E1 Heads
Stormjet printer has 1.6m, 1.8m and 3.2m printing width, which has 1/2/4/8 head model for different speed requirement in eco solvent printing field.
Tips of StormJet 3180 maintenance before holiday:
1.Check if the nozzle is normal, print the nozzle test strip, and ensure that the status map is intact.
2.Use professional cleaning solution to clean the head and waste ink tube, pay special attention: Water-based ink and oily ink cleaning liquid are separated, can not be mixed, so as not to damage the nozzle!
3.After cleaning the spray head, reset the small frame to ensure that the nozzle and the ink are closely fitted, which can keep the spray head moist and prevent clogging. If the holiday time is too long, it is recommended to pour a portion of the special cleaning liquid or ink in the ink cord, and then take the bottom of the waste ink tube, and finally reset the small frame to keep the nozzle.
4.The waste ink cartridge needs to be cleaned; the cover of the ink cartridge should be tightened to prevent air from entering.
5.Turn off the write-related power supply and turn off the doors and windows.
