1. the more cleaning times of print head of dtf printer, the better.
Proper cleaning of dtf print head can solve problem of micro-clogging and ensure good printing status of print head. However, frequent cleaning is not good for print head, and it will even reduce life of print head of Fedar DTF printer. In addition, it will also cause big waste to ink of dtf printer .
 
2. printhead and cap are completely sealed, so that ink will not dry up and block nozzle.
In fact, when direct to film printer is not working, it is first task to keep print head and capping station completely close. However, if you want to ensure that print head is not blocked, you must also fold waste ink tube by using relevant clip. Because waste ink tube is connected to capping station, and drying of waste ink tube will also cause cap to dry out, which will cause print head to be blocked. In addition, if Fedar DTF printer does not work for more than three days or longer, you must start dtf printer regularly, clean print head, keep print head moist, and leave it idle for a longer time.
 
3. Do not pay attention to impact of static electricity on direct to film printer
Static electricity and instability of applied voltage will easily affect inkjet printing output of dtf printer, and even cause damage of dtf print head. Direct to film printer is prone to static electricity when it is running at high speed. Static electricity will affect printing effect. In severe cases, it will also cause dtf printhead to burn. It is recommended to connect a stable UPS stabilizer to Fedar DTF printer to provide a stable working voltage.
