1. First check whether the connectors at both ends of the print cable are loose. Then replace the power supply and data cable to check whether the problem is on the cable; in addition, the length of the printed cable is too long or the quality is poor will affect the correctness of the data transmission.
Correctly and reasonably set the computer's print port. If there is a network port, it is best to set it to network printing, which will greatly reduce data transmission errors.
Turn off the computer's automatic power management function. Because printing takes a long time, during the printing process of the Fedar sublimation printing machine, most customers often let the computer automatically calculate and output without other operations. If the power management function is turned on, the hard disk will stop motion automatically after a certain period of time, which will cause the illusion that the information transmission has actually ended, but the software shows that it is still transmitting.
4. Check the working environment
A. Check power consumption:Please check whether the surrounding high-power electrical equipment such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and scanners are turned off during printing; strong electromagnetic fields will interfere with the output of the sublimation printing machine; at the same time, do not place the epson printing machine and high-power electrical equipment in the same power supply line; moreover, in areas where the power supply is unstable, it is best to equip the Fedar sublimation printing machine and the computer with an online uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
B. Check the grounding conditions: Static electricity will adversely affect signal transmission, so please use high-quality three-phase power sockets and plugs, and connect standard ground wires to ensure that Fedar sublimation printing machine has a good grounding.
