Sublimation textile printer inks are divided into several categories, and inks of different properties cannot be mixed. If sublimation textile printer originally used oil-based ink, and then accidentally added ink of different nature, it would cause ink to form deposits and block ink supply system and nozzles. What should I do if I add wrong ink for Fedar sublimation printer?
 
1. If ink has only been poured into ink cartridge of Fedar sublimation printer, valve of ink cartridge has not been opened, and ink has not entered ink supply channel, just replace it with a new ink cartridge for sublimation textile printer.
 
2. If ink has entered ink tube of Fedar sublimation printer, entire ink path (that is, ink tube) needs to be cleaned thoroughly, and corresponding damper must also be cleaned; if cleaning is not clean, ink tube and damper can only be replaced. And ink cartridges too.
 
3. If cleaning function of sublimation textile printer has been activated and ink has entered print head, problem will be relatively serious. Please take off print head immediately and manually clean print head with print head protection liquid and syringe, and all ink will be discharged from Fedar sublimation printer head. If nozzle is severely clogged, nozzle can only be replaced.
 
Different sublimation textile printers use different types of ink. Make sure not to make a mistake. When you receive ink from ink vendor, you must first check nature of ink and make sure it is shipped correctly before using it.
