In the process of using the fedar sublimation ink printer, it is inevitable that there will be one or other failures, such as how to solve the problems such as nozzle missing, no ink output, and line breaks when printing images. Non-inkjet is divided into one or more colors without inkjet, the solution is as follows:
 
1. Check whether there is air in the ink tube: if there is air, it will interrupt the flow of ink and cause nozzle missing; 　
 
2.First check whether there is ink in the damper: if there is no ink or less than one-third, it means that the ink in the ink cartridge is not guided to the damper, it needs to be guided by the machine or manually (generally with a syringe) to guide the ink flow into the damper, and then into the printhead;
 
3. Check if the filter inside the damper is attached with impurities: if it is used for more than one year, and there is more than half of the ink in the damper, you need to check whether the filter inside the damper is attached with impurities, if there are too many impurities, you need to clean it;
 
In addition: Insufficient indoor temperature and humidity will also cause poor ink discharge; too much ink accumulation on the scraper at the ink absorber will cause printed images streaks.
 
Another situation is that the nozzles are not inkjet at all: 　　
 
1. First check the circuit part of the main board of the printing machine, measure whether the fuse on the main board is working properly, check whether the flat cable on the nozzle is loose; if it can spray a little color, it means there is no problem in the circuit part, if it can not spray a little color, the insurance may be burnt out (the main board is burnt out); 　　
 
2. Check whether the ink absorber can pump ink during the CLEANING (nozzle cleaning); if the ink is not discharged, the print head and the ink absorber may not match properly, and the position of the print head needs to be corrected; or the two hoses of the ink absorber may be damaged , need to be replaced.
