1. One or more colors are missing:
 
①Check if there is air in ink pipeline of Fedar sublimation printer
If there is air, flow of ink will be interrupted, resulting in nozzle missing;
 
②First check whether there is ink in damper;
If there is no ink or less than one-third, it means that ink in ink cartridge is not guided to damper. It is necessary to use machine guidance or manual (usually with a syringe) to guide ink into damper, and then into nozzle;
 
③Check whether filter in damper is attached to impurities;
If Fedar sublimation printer has been used for more than one year and there is more than half of ink in damper, check whether filter in damper is attached to impurities. If there are too many impurities, clean it;
 
2. All nozzles do not emit ink:
 
①Check circuit part of Fedar sublimation printer motherboard first, measure whether fuse on motherboard is working properly, and check whether flat cable on print head is loose; if it can spray a little color, it means there is no problem with circuit part, if it can’t spray a little color, it may be possible insurance is burned out (so-called motherboard is burned out);
 
②Check whether ink absorber can draw out ink during nozzle cleaning process of Fedar sublimation printer; if ink does not come out, it is possible that nozzle and ink absorber may not fit correctly, and print head position needs to be corrected; it is also possible that two rubber tubes of ink absorber have been damaged and need to be renewed. replace.
