Distance between print head and media is too small is root cause of scratching. Generally, it is best to keep thickness of a dollar coin between trolley and media. If thickness of printing paper is too thick, distance between print head and madia can be adjusted appropriately.
 
2. Gasket is damaged
For example, small frame gasket of Fedar direct textile printer can lift position of frame to a certain extent to reduce friction. Once it is damaged, it will easily cause height of inkjet printer head to decrease. At this time, we need to replace small frame.
 
3. Paper feeds misaligned and is blocked when paper feeds
If Fedar direct textile printer appears to deviate left and right during printing, check whether paper roller on direct textile printer platform rotates normally. If one of paper rollers does not rotate, it will cause paper to deviate or paper jams and arches and causes printing. Rub paper

4. Failure to collect paper in time
When printing on a Fedar direct textile printer, if length of printed paper is too long and it is not rewinded in time, paper will stack up on ground, which may prevent paper from being fed downwards and cause paper to arch on platform and print rubbing.
