1. Distance between printhead and media is too small
 
Distance between print head and media of Fedar sublimation printer is too small is root cause of scratching. If paper is rubbed, height of cart should be higher and it is best to keep thickness of a dollar coin.If thickness of printing paper is too thick, distance should be adjusted appropriately.
 
2. Gasket of Fedar sublimation printer is damaged
 
For example, small frame gasket of Fedar sublimation printer can lift position of small frame to a certain extent to reduce friction. Once it is damaged, it will easily cause height of print head to decrease. At this time, we need to replace small frame.
 
3. Paper feeds off and is blocked when paper feeds
 
When image is printed and output, pattern is deviated from left and right, check whether paper feeding wheel on Fedar sublimation printer platform rotates normally, if one of paper feeding wheels does not rotate, it is easy to cause paper to be out of synchronization, paper is misaligned or paper jammed and arched causing printing rubbing;
 
In addition, printing media is not flat, pressure plate is loose, and suction system is abnormal, causing printing consumables to not be close to platform, or concavity and convexity of consumable surface is too large, and paper rubbing problems may also occur.
 
4. If length of printed output paper is too long, finished paper pattern during printing is not wound up in time, and paper keeps dropping down during Fedar sublimation printer working, and it will stack up on ground. Rewinding in time will prevent paper from being fed downwards and cause paper to arch up on platform and print rubbing.
