1. If it is laterally misaligned, check whether two-way calibration in software is good. If it is longitudinally misaligned, check whether step calibration in software is well calibrated.

If it is horizontally misaligned, check encoder strip of Fedar sublimation printer, because encoder strip is key to positioning image and can not tolerate slightest dirt, so if it is found to be dirty, it needs to be cleaned, especially in daily use of sublimation textile printer, it is easy to be affected by space dust.
