1.The
fedar direct fabric printer has noise or regular "click" sound when the printer head is running, and there are regular vertical and horizontal stripes on the screen.
Reason: The head bearing is misplaced, worn or the surface is not clean.
Solution: Correct the misalignment of the head bearing. If it is worn, it needs to be replaced in time. If the surface is not clean, wipe it with anhydrous alcohol and clean the head bearing running beam.
2.During the printing process, the screen often lacks line suddenly (nozzle suddenly does not eject ink).
Reason: The normal printing signal is interfered by static electricity.
Solution: Check the grounding conditions of the fedar direct fabric printer, nozzle and power supply to ensure a good grounding.
3.Printing suddenly stopped during the printing process.
Reasons:
①Computer failure.
②The direct fabric printer cable is loose or detached.
Solution:
①Carry out routine operations such as killing computer viruses, reinstalling the system and software, and perhaps checking the computer hardware for malfunctions.
②Check the connection of the printing cable.
4.The liquid level in the sub ink tank drops, but no ink is replenished into the sub ink tank.
Solution:
①If the ink supply system is working properly, check whether the ink in the main ink tank has been used up, and whether the ink supply pipe is damaged, accidentally bent, internally blocked, loose connection, etc.
②If the ink supply system does not work, please contact your printer dealer as soon as possible.
