1.Printing principle
Fedar DTF printer uses pigment ink to print on transfer pet film, and uses ink with hot melt powder on surface of pattern as a transfer medium for hot stamping on clothes;
 
 
2.Printing steps
①DTF t shirt printer uses CMYK+W pigment ink, which is directly sprayed on PET transparent film, and printed pictures are full of colors and clearly visible;
②Then go through powder shaker (hot melt powder drying equipment) to melt and dry sticky heat powder on pattern;
③After cutting pattern, through a heat transfer press, set heat transfer temperature to 160-170°C and press for 20 seconds;
④Uncover PET film on clothes, heat transfer is completed, after washing and rubbing test, picture does not fall off, and color fastness is high;
 
3.Printing application
DTF t shirt printer can print patterns on all kinds of fabrics and is washable and scratch resistant.
