1. Distance between printhead and printing material is too small
Small distance between print head and medium is root cause of scratching. In general, distance between carriage of sublimation pirnter and paper should be as thick as a dollar coin. If materials are too thick, distance between printhead and printing material can be adjusted appropriately.

2. Gasket is damaged
Carriage gasket of dye sublimation printer can lift position of carriage to a certain extent to reduce friction. Once it is damaged, it will easily cause height of printhead to decrease. At this time, we need to replace carriage.

3. Paper feeds misaligned and paper feeds are obstructed
