1. Use poor quality ink for DTF printer
Using inferior ink and changing different batches of ink and ink suppliers at will. Inferior ink will not only affect color and quality of printed pattern, but also damage print head of large DTF printer. In severe cases, it may directly cause irreversible losses such as nozzle blockage. It is recommended that user must purchase original ink from manufacturer or ink recommended by relevant manufacturer.
 
2. Improper use of cleaning fluid of DTF printer
Soaking in cleaning solution for a long time is helpful to remove stains, but if printhead is soaked in cleaning solution for more than 2 days, it will have a negative effect. Generally, the longest time we soak nozzle should not exceed 30 hours. In addition, it is not advisable to immerse entire nozzle in cleaning solution. Since there are many electronic components on printhead, and most of cleaning fluid is corrosive, you must pay attention when immersing it. You can only soak the right part, or directly take an appropriate amount of cleaning fluid into nozzle for cleaning. When cleaning nozzle, pay attention to waterproofing circuit board and other exposed electronic components.
 
3. Frequent cleaning nozzle operation
