1. Shut down in accordance with the prescribed procedures (turn off the control software first, and then turn off the power switch when shutting down) to ensure that the carriage returns normally, and the nozzles and ink stacks are completely closed to avoid clogging the printheads.
 
2.When replacing the ink core, it is recommended to use the original ink stack core, otherwise the ink core may deform and cause nozzle clogging, ink breakage, incomplete ink extraction, and unclean ink extraction. If the equipment is left unused for more than three days, please clean the ink stack core and waste ink tube with cleaning fluid to prevent dry and clogging.
 
3.It is recommended to use the original ink, and it is strictly forbidden to use two different brands of ink to avoid chemical reaction, block the nozzle, and affect the picture quality.
 
4.It is not allowed to plug and unplug the network cable when power is on, so as to avoid damage to the motherboard, and it is forbidden to disassemble and assemble the print head when power is on.
 
5.The ar digital printing t shirt machine is a high-speed printer, please be sure to connect the ground wire: (1) When the air is dry, the problem of static electricity cannot be ignored; (2) When using some inferior materials with strong static electricity, static electricity may be generated, which may cause the electronic components of the machine, The print head is damaged safely, and static electricity can also cause ink flying during printing.
 
6.Because Fedar digital printing t shirt machine is a precision printing equipment, it is recommended to equip a branded voltage stabilizer with a power of about 2000W.
 
7.Keep the ambient temperature around 15℃-30℃, humidity 35%-65%, keep the working environment clean and avoid dust.
 
8.Scraper: Clean the ink stack wiper regularly to prevent the ink from causing damage to the print head after solidification.
 
9.Working platform: keep the table surface free of dust, ink, and debris to prevent the nozzle from being scratched.
 
10.Cartridge: close the lid immediately after filling the ink to prevent dust from entering.
