The complex electronic components such as the main board and the car board are not only very sensitive to static electricity, but also have high requirements on temperature and humidity. Here are some basic maintenance methods in use, so that the Epson4720 printhead printer can work normally and be used for a long time.
1. The treatment method of frequent nozzle clogging during the printing process
①Press the PAUSE button to pause printing, and then press the PURGE button to move the machine head to the leftmost cleaning position.
②Keep the power of the fedar printer turned on, and unplug all the signal wires of the liquid level sensor connecting the auxiliary ink tank to the control panel of the machine head.
③Unplug the ink supply tube on the nozzle of fedar Epson4720 printhead printer, and then use a glass syringe to extract the special cleaning liquid to clean the nozzle. Method: Use 40ml of cleaning liquid each time, once every 10 minutes, a total of 3 to 4 times.
④Reinsert the signal lines of the ink supply tube and the level sensor after cleaning, and then continue the previously suspended print job.
2. After the daily printing work is completed, in order to keep the nozzles in the best working condition and avoid clogging the nozzles due to the volatilization of ink, please perform maintenance according to the following methods.
①Turn off the power of the printer.
②First clean the moisturizing sponge with a special cleaning solution, and then pour the cleaning solution on the sponge to make it soaked.
③Move the machine head back to the cleaning station at the right end and tightly combine the nozzle and the moisturizing sponge.
④Keep this state and let the printer stay overnight.
3. The treatment method when the above treatment methods have little effect or temporarily have no effect
①Remove the nozzle.
②Pour an appropriate amount of special cleaning solution into a clean glass container. It is appropriate to submerge the bottom of the nozzle by 2 to 3 mm, and then seal the glass container with plastic wrap and let it stand for more than 1 day. Note: Do not touch the cleaning fluid on the top of the nozzle, otherwise it will damage the nozzle.
③After the nozzle is soaked, pour the appropriate amount of special cleaning liquid into the nozzle cleaner of Fedar Epson4720 printhead printer, and then immerse the bottom of the nozzle into the cleaning solution to submerge it for about 2~3mm, then start the cleaner.To choose a special nozzle cleaner, if you use a general ultrasonic cleaner, you must strictly control the time to prevent damage to the nozzle. Note: It is not necessary to use the cleaner for more than three consecutive times.
④Use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning liquid, and inject it from the ink supply tube interface on the upper part of the nozzle. Pay attention to observe the state of the water line ejected from the nozzle. If all the water lines are straight, it means that the cleaning is effective. This nozzle you can continue to use it. If there is still a part of the waterline that is crooked, you must do it 2 or 3 times according to steps 2 and 3.
