The ink cartridge is used to store the printer ink, and is an important part of the fedar sublimation printer. The composition of mainstream ink cartridges on the market can be divided into split cartridges and integrated cartridges.
 
1.Place the ink cartridge under sunlight or strong light source 　　
As we all know, even if unopened, the ink stored in the ink cartridge may undergo certain chemical changes under strong light, affecting the printing effect. Therefore, it is best to store the ink cartridge in a cool place. The storage temperature before opening should be between 0 and 35 degrees Celsius. If it is below zero, the ink may freeze. If the temperature is higher than thirty-five degrees, it may cause changes in ink composition after a long time, which will have an adverse effect on the life of the ink cartridge or printing in the future. When storing ink cartridges, pay attention to both light and temperature.
 
2.Place the ink cartridge in a dusty place 　　
Some users do not pay attention to the placement of the ink cartridges and put it in a dusty place. They think that the ink cartridges are closed anyway, so they should have little effect, but the dust on the surface of the ink cartridges is likely to be mixed into ink in installing process. It will affect the quality of printing and the life of the ink cartridge.
 
3.Put the unopened ink cartridge upside down 　　
This is a taboo for ink cartridge storage. Some users do not pay much attention when placing ink cartridges and put the ink cartridges upside down. It should be placed in the direction indicated in order to be the best and safest method, and it will help extend its life.
 
4.Drop the cartridge 　　
Regardless of whether it is sealed or after opening, the ink cartridge should not be dropped. Dropping the ink cartridge can easily damage the internal parts of the ink cartridge and cause the ink cartridge to leak ink. Therefore, users are advised to handle the ink cartridges gently, and do not drop the ink cartridges.
 
5.Before the ink cartridge is installed and used, the outer packaging and the air hole seal of the ink cartridge are uncovered 　　
During the process of use, users should remove the air hole seal according to the printer's instructions, but do not remove other seals, otherwise the ink in the ink cartridge will easily leak. After the ink cartridge is unpacked, it should be installed in time, this is to better protect the ink. After the ink cartridge is unsealed, it will no longer be in a closed state, and the ink in it will be exposed to the air, so if it is not installed in time, it may cause no ink inkjet.
 
6.Open the cartridge protection clip 　　
The ink cartridge protection clip can better protect the ink cartridge. The user should pay special attention to the opening of the cartridge protection clip during the use of the printer or when replacing the ink cartridge.
 
7.When the printer is working, touch the ink cartridge 　　
After the ink cartridges are installed, some users may have questions about the quality of the ink cartridges. Touch the ink cartridges with your hands to check whether there is a problem. However, such behavior is very dangerous, and it is possible to damage the ink cartridge or the printer during this process. Therefore, if you have doubts about the quality of the ink cartridge, you should remove it from the printer, seal the unused ink cartridge with transparent tape, seal it with a plastic bag, and send it back to the dealer.
 
8.Too many times to clean the printer 　　
Some users think that the more frequently the print head is cleaned, the better it is for the ink cartridge, but this idea is wrong. A certain amount of ink is used every time it is cleaned. Therefore, unnecessary cleaning will cause a waste of ink, and for the ink cartridge, it will shorten its service life.
 
9.The machine is often idle, but the nozzle is not sealed 　　
Some users buy a sublimation printer,but do not use it often, and the printer is often idle. In this case, if the nozzle of the ink cartridge is not sealed, it will be easy to make the ink on the nozzle dry and cause blockage.
 
10.Tend to print pictures of a certain color 　　
If the user pays more attention to a certain color picture during the printing process, so that the printhead controls the ink of that color to run out prematurely, even if there are still many inks of other colors, the entire ink cartridge can no longer be used. In order to avoid this phenomenon, in addition to some necessary circumstances, users should print some pictures with balanced colors, so that the ink cartridges can be fully utilized. It is best to use colors evenly when printing.
