In the daily maintenance items of digital printing machines, cleaning the print head is a relatively common operation. Proper cleaning methods can extend the service life of the print head and ensure a perfect printing effect while reducing costs.
 
Most digital printing machine equipment will automatically clean the printing when it is turned on, and there are buttons to clean the printhead. If the automatic cleaning function of the equipment is invalid, the printhead can be cleaned manually. For manual cleaning, the printhead should be dismantled according to the steps in the operation manual. A thin hose at the front of the medical syringe can be used to wash with cleaning liquid and gently pushed. Be sure to control the force. If the force is too large, the nozzle may be damaged.
 
Pay attention to the following points when cleaning the printhead of digital printing machine:
1. Do not use sharp objects to clean the nozzle, do not hit the nozzle, and do not touch the nozzle with your hands.
2. The print head cannot be removed from the digital printing machine and placed alone, and the print head cannot be placed in a dusty place.
3. Do not disassemble or install the spray head while it is live. Do not touch the electrical contacts on the spray head with your hands or other objects.
 
Although these are simple things, if these points can be implemented in life, it will make the  printheads last longer and help the company reduce losses.
