In addition to ink droplets, nozzle missing, ghosting, etc., when the
heat transfer shirts printer prints out, vertical lines sometimes appear.
So what's the matter with vertical lines when painting? Where should we troubleshoot? Judging from the experience of fedar for many years after sales, it may be caused by the following reasons.
1.Abnormal temperature.
Ink is a chemical reagent product, and its sensitivity to temperature is very high. Too high or too low temperature may change some of its chemical properties, affect the normal surface tension, viscosity and other parameters of the ink itself, thereby affecting printing.
2.The shirts printer body is uneven, causing the track to be distorted.
The car rubbed strongly against the track during its walking, causing vibrations, causing the ink droplet direction to change, and the vertical path phenomenon appeared.
3.The fluency of ink.
Flowability is the key to the normal work of the ink. Ink with too high fluency is prone to sticking, dripping and other phenomena during the printing; on the contrary, the ink with too low fluency during high-speed printing or high-ink volume printing, it is easy to cause abnormal ink supply, such as ink shortage, nozzle missing, vertical path, etc.
4.The printhead voltage is too high.
Excessive working voltage causes the print head to require more ink. If there is a little low temperature ink in the ink path, and the fluency is reduced, phenomena such as sticky head, vertical lines, and nozzle missing will occur.
The above several reasons may also cause interference or damage to the print head plate (the print head piezoelectric plate) and the print chip in the print head, leading to signal errors and vertical channels.
