However, due to different procedures or methods of each printer operator, and different environments in which printer is located, it may cause "no ink from print head" phenomenon in Fedar sublimation printer.
1.Sublimation textile printer ink problem
In order to save costs, some users use some no brand-name inks and do not pay attention to storage environment, resulting in unstable ink viscosity. If viscosity is too high, it will cause insufficient inkjet volume per unit time; if viscosity is too low, it is easy to inhale air when pressure crystal in nozzle is withdrawn, causing nozzle to not eject ink.
In addition, be sure to pay attention to temperature and humidity of environment when storing sublimation printer ink: ambient temperature should be kept at 15℃-30℃, and ambient humidity should be kept at 35%-65%. It is recommended to use original ink from manufacturer, and new ink is best placed in a working environment for 24 hours before using it to avoid clogging of nozzle due to impurities in ink.
If nozzle is blocked, you need to clean ink inside nozzle, and then use a syringe to add air to squeeze to drain sewage from nozzle.
2.Driving voltage of print head of Fedar sublimation printer is unstable
Only proper voltage of print head of Fedar sublimation printer can make inkjet ink smoothly. It is recommended that users choose high-power and high-quality sockets and use brand voltage stabilizers when connecting Fedar sublimation printer.

5.Small frame of Fedar sublimation printer is not returned in time and capping station problem
User did not return print head to capping station in time after finishing work of Fedar sublimation printer. Over time, solidified ink will block nozzles. In daily work, user needs to pay attention to returning trolley frame in time, keeping nozzle and cap close, and cleaning nozzle according to correct operation steps.
If capping station is not well maintained, failures will also cause nozzle to block. If you have enough time, it is best to clean capping station in time every day. You can wipe it with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid.
