1. Check waste ink bottle of fedar sublimation printer and clean it if necessary.
2. Check if there is still ink in fedar sublimation printer’s main ink cartridge. It is recommended that the best level of ink is between 1/2 and 2/3.
3. Check flash nozzle at printing start position to see if waste ink is full, and if necessary, remove waste ink.
4. Check status of moisturizing capping station of fedar sublimation printer and clean and replace it if there is a large amount of waste ink accumulated.
5. Check whether fedar sublimation printer’s craper has waste ink accumulation, clean scraper in time, and keep it tidy.

1. Check whether there is dust on dryer of fedar sublimation printer, and remove dust from air outlet of dryer to prevent dryer from overheating and damaging parts due to poor air outlet.
2. Check and clean air inlet of main ink bottle to keep air inlet clean and unobstructed.
3. Check whether power socket and network cable socket are loose.
 
Monthly inspection of fedar sublimation printer
 
1. Check whether tension of the XY motor belt of fedar sublimation printer is appropriate, and adjust belt tension appropriately.
2. Check whether tension of long belt of fedar sublimation printer’s trolley is appropriate, and adjust belt tension appropriately.
3. Check whether there is dust between encoder sensor and encoder strip of fedar sublimation printer, whether encoder strip is contaminated, and clean dirt between encoder sensor and encoder strip in time.
4. Remove dust in the power box of fedar sublimation printer.
