1. Waste ink tank status
Dye sublimation printer needs ink for printing. Waste ink will appear during printing process. At this time, waste ink cartridges must be cleaned up in time.

2. Whether there is air in ink inlet pipe
If there is air in ink inlet tube, causing ink to agglomerate, causing ink to flow sluggishly, you need to clean ink cartridge ink tube at this time.

3. Belt maintenance
Apply a proper amount of grease to belt positions at both ends of sublimation printer. Grease can be transferred to running-in position of gear and belt through belt. (It is recommended to maintain it once a month)

4. Capping station of sublimation printer cleaning
First move carriage out of capping station, turn on ink pump test function, and slowly pour prepared water (only water-based ink) into capping station for cleaning.

5. Scraper cleaning
Wipe clean with a wet wipe or white cloth dipped in clean water. (It is recommended to clean up once a week)

6. Encoder strip cleaning
Wipe clean with a white cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol. (It is recommended to clean up once a month)

7. Synchronous wheel belt maintenance
Apply a proper amount of grease to position of timing pulley belt. (It is recommended to maintain it once a month)
