1.Clogged nozzle

2.Ink supply system leaks

When a certain part of it, such as ink cartridges, ink tubes, damper, etc., leaks, pressure of ink supply system is insufficient and ink supply fails,then problem of print disconnection occur. Ink of Fedar sublimation printer is sprayed onto printing media through nozzle. If ink is inferior, ink particles are large, deposits are large, and fluency is poor. In addition, inferior ink has poor weather resistance and is sensitive to temperature, and its viscosity can easily change with temperature, which will cause print disconnection.
