1. There is no ink in ink cartridge of sublimation printer. Nowadays, most of sublimation printers use a secondary ink supply system, such as Fedar sublimation printers. Under normal circumstances, adding ink once can be used for a long time, and there is no need to add ink frequently; but this will also cause many people to ignore problem of adding ink, and ink will run out. At this time, you need to check whether there is still ink in ink cartridge, and add ink in time.

2. Printhead of sublimation printer is blocked. Ink is a volatile liquid. When it is in contact with air for a long time, it may solidify and block nozzle, resulting in no ink from print head of large sublimation printer. When nozzle is slightly blocked, it can be cleaned by pumping ink; when nozzle is seriously blocked, printhead needs to be removed and soaked in cleaning solution for cleaning.

Note: When sublimation printer finishes printing, carriage must be moved back to capping station, and tightly attached to cap to ensure that print head remains wet.

3.Ink supply system of sublimation printer is blocked. Ink of sublimation printer must go through entire printing process smoothly, and it is inseparable from support of ink supply system. Ink supply system includes ink cartridges, ink tubes, and damper. When one of parts is blocked, print head will not inkjet ink when printing. At this time, it is necessary to check ink path, find blocked link, and clean or replace blocked part.
