4. Ink quality, ink contains a variety of chemical components, often due to factors such as imprecise filtration, high dilution, and insufficient moisturizing fluid, it is easy to cause problems with printhead.

5.Improper operation and maintenance, (1) due to warping of media such as paper, metal hole at bottom of print head is scratched during printing process, resulting in damage to nozzle, and normal printing cannot be performed. (2) There is too much ink at bottom of printhead, which will also block nozzle. It should be removed and cleaned with warm water.
