Cold winter is here again, and maintenance of
DTF printing machine printhead has become a top priority. Temperature in winter will affect operation of printhead. So, in winter, what should be paid attention to when using printhead of large DTF printer?
1. Do not install or disassemble circuit of Fedar DTF printer at will without turning off power switch and cutting off main power supply, otherwise it will damage service life of each system and endanger Epson I3200-A1 print head.
2. Do not use brute force whether to replace or fine-tune printhead during use, and replace or fine-tune printhead in accordance with DTF printer manual.
3. Do not mix two inks with different configurations during use. Different inks will have different ratios of raw materials. mixed use of two different inks will change color and quality of ink. Inks with poor quality will directly affect printing effect, even lead to clogging of nozzle.
4. Do not remove Epson print head from DTF printing machine and place it alone, especially in dusty places. Because water contained in ink will gradually evaporate, and drying ink will cause nozzle clogging. If nozzle is clogged, it should be cleaned before use.
5.Printhead cleaning fluid is corrosive to a certain extent. When using cleaning fluid to clean nozzle, it is recommended to take an appropriate amount of capacity and introduce it into nozzle for cleaning.
