Fedar sublimation printer can actually be understood as a pattern printer in textile field. Like many printers, it needs ink. Adding ink to a sublimation printer is actually a very routine operation. When adding ink, how to add ink to make large format sublimation printer work better?
 
1. Sublimation ink is transported between ink cartridge and printhead of sublimation printing machine through a rubber sealed channel. Sealing performance of this sealed channel will ensure that ink does not leak out. Long-term use will definitely make this sealed channel aging. Result is that ink is piled up at printhead, causing nozzle to be blocked. When adding ink, check whether nozzle is blocked by a large amount of ink. This can easily cause color mixing during use.
 
2. When adding ink for large format sublimation printer, observe whether there are obvious dust and impurities in ink cartridge. When these impurities reach a certain amount, they will block nozzles and affect ink output, causing printed patterns to appear broken lines and unclear patterns. When adding ink, replace ink cartridges irregularly. replacement of ink cartridge does not need to be too frequent, and replacement model of ink cartridge needs to be consistent with model of replaced ink cartridge to avoid occurrence of abnormal operation of sublimation ink printer.
 
3.In addition to above two inspections, check air holes and printheads regularly during use. After finding some problems, replace them as soon as possible to avoid influence of ink and cause unnecessary trouble.
