1. Ink
Be sure to use original inks from sublimation textile manufacturer. You can't use some inks without quality assurance for a cheap price. It is also strictly forbidden to mix two different brands of inks to avoid chemical reactions, which may cause clogging of sublimation textile printer head and affect quality of picture. If ink is used improperly, sublimation printer head may be scrapped, so please pay attention to selection of ink. In addition, you must pay attention to storage environment of ink. It is best to keep ambient temperature at 15-30°C and humidity at 35%-65%.
 
2. Capping station
As daily home of Fedar sublimation printer head, capping station plays an extremely important role. If you need to replace cap, it is recommended to use original cap, otherwise cap may deform and cause nozzle clogging, ink breakage, incomplete ink extraction, or unclean ink extraction of sublimaion textile printer. If Fedar sublimation printer is not used for more than three days, use a special cleaning fluid to clean cap and waste ink tube to prevent nozzle from clogging due to drying.
 
3.Other
Printing environment of Fedar sublimation printer should be kept clean and tidy and free of debris and dust to avoid scratching print head during printing process; do not plug and unplug network printing cable when power is on, so as not to damage motherboard of sublimation textile printer; when refilling ink cartridges, immediately cover box to prevent dust from entering.
