This part of the ink will gradually make the nozzle smaller or even block the nozzle after drying in the air. This is why we often clean the nozzle.
Second, the filter in the printhead is clogged, causing the printhead to not emit ink.
Use the nozzle for a long time, especially in the factory where the printing task is not full and often shut down at night. The ink does not flow in the nozzle for a long time. The smaller area will also cause the ink-out phenomenon of the printhead.
Third, the failure of the drive circuit.
The aging of the electronic components of the drive circuit and the accumulation of too much dry ink dirt may affect the voltage of the drive head, causing the head to not print ink or the ink output to be unstable.
Fourth, frequent ink changes.
In many cases when the ink is replaced, the nozzle may not be protected properly, which will also affect the inkjet state of the nozzle.
Notes for daily use:
1. The cleaning liquid is corrosive, so it is recommended to take an appropriate amount to the nozzle for cleaning.
2. The mixing of two different inks will change the color and quality of the ink. If the ink is not good enough, it will affect the printing effect and block the nozzle.
3. Do not use brute force whether you are replacing or fine-tuning the print head. Please treat the print head carefully according to the specifications.
4. Without turning off the power switch and cutting off the main power, do not arbitrarily install and disassemble the circuit of the digital printing machine, which will damage the service life of each system and endanger the print head.
5. Do not remove the nozzle from the printer and place it in a separate place, especially in a dusty place. The water contained in the ink will gradually evaporate, and the ink will be blocked by drying the ink. If the nozzle becomes clogged, it should be cleaned before use.

Manual cleaning should be performed in accordance with the steps in the operating requirements.
In addition, during cleaning, a thin rubber tube can be placed on the front end of the medical syringe, and rinsed with a strictly filtered cleaning solution. When rinsing, carefully observe the spray hole with a magnifying glass. Clear. The integrated printhead that has been left unused for a long time is blocked by the ink drying up and the nozzles can be blocked. It can be soaked in hot water before cleaning.
Also pay attention to the following points: Do not clean the print head with sharp objects, do not hit the print head, do not touch the print head with your hand; do not disassemble or install the print head under power, do not touch the electrical contacts on the print head with your hand or other objects; Remove the print head from the printer and place it separately.
