1: The more cleaning times of print head, the better
Proper cleaning of print head of sublimation textile printer can solve problem of micro-clogging and ensure good printing state of print head. However, if sublimation printer head is frequently cleaned, it will not be good, and it will even cause life of nozzle to be shortened.
 
2: Sublimation textile printer head moisturizing.
Many users think that as long as print head and capping station are sealed, they can keep moisturizing, and will not cause nozzles to dry up and block nozzles. In fact, when Fedar sublimation printer is not working, it is first task to keep print head and capping station completely close, but if you want to ensure that nozzles are not blocked, you must fold waste ink tube and clamp ink tube. Because waste ink tube is connected to capping station, drying of waste ink tube will also cause cap to become dry, resulting in dry nozzles.
