We all know that the use of heat transfer printing machine requires ink, so how do we replace the ink if there is no ink? Here are some replacement methods and precautions.
1. When converting inks, especially when converting pigments to dyes, please empty the original ink first, and then clean the pipes with cleaning liquid or pure water, otherwise the chemicals in the ink may cause chemical reactions to block the printhead.
For users using thermal foaming printing machine, be sure to evacuate the air when filling the ink. Otherwise, the printhead will be burnt out, the life of the printhead will be reduced, or the printhead may be damaged, or the ink may be cut off during printing.
Users of micro-piezo printing machine, after using the new ink, because the printhead and the ink need a fusion time, it is normal for the test strip to break within a few hours; such as monochrome or no ink or after a long time use, ink cut-off phenomenon may occur, which may be caused by insufficient (less than two-thirds) or excessive (full) ink in the damper, or the pipe has air. 
4. It is best to print test drawings for the piezoelectric machine every day to keep the printhead wet. When the machine is stopped for a long time, it should be turned on once a week to ensure that the ink pipeline is unblocked and the printhead is moist.
