1. Too much ink in ink cartridge will damage pressure in fedar sublimation printer head and air tightness of ink cartridge, which will cause temperature inside ink cartridge of fedar sublimation printer to rise. When internal pressure is greater than outside, it will cause ink to be ejected from printer head and cause leakage. Pay attention to amount of ink added.
 
2. Poor ink quality will also cause ink leakage in fedar sublimation printer. Because ink components produced by different manufacturers are different, it is recommended that users try to use ink produced by original manufacturer. You must know that inferior ink will not only cause ink leakage,it will also block fedar sublimation printer head, affect printing quality of fedar sublimation printer and so on.
 
3. Some human factors can also cause ink leakage in fedar sublimation printer. For example, when operator fills ink cartridge, he fails to tighten cap, or accidentally applies excessive force, which damages size of pores, etc., which will cause fedar sublimation printer to leak ink.
 
4. Fedar sublimation printer working temperature will cause changes in ink concentration and affect use of ink. Therefore,ink must be kept within range of 10-30 degrees in warehouse and during use.
 
5. Check damper and wiper of fedar sublimation printer if there is ink leakage or dripping in nozzle, and replace it in time if there is a problem.
