1. Clean trolley board of Fedar sublimation printer. Turn off sublimation textile printer first, add lubricating oil to guide rails, and use paper towels or a clean cloth to remove dirt and grease on moving trolley board.
 
2. Control working environment temperature of Fedar sublimation printer; keep working environment temperature of sublimation textile printer at about 25 degrees. If temperature is too low, ink will thicken and flow slowly, which will affect printing effect. At room temperature, it is better for air to carry a little humidity, because humidity in air can reduce dust. It is necessary to unplug power cord, network cable and grounding wire to release static electricity generated by sublimation textile printer to avoid damage to print head and circuit board.
 
3. Let your Fedar sublimation printer rest properly; in fact, if sublimation textile printer is used for too long, it will generate very large heat. If heat is not radiated in time, it will affect service life of sublimation printer. It is better to allow printer to rest for half an hour before continuing to work.
 
4. Nozzle maintenance should not be neglected; clean nozzle regularly with cleaning fluid to avoid clogging of nozzle. Try not to touch nozzle to avoid deformation and damage to nozzle.
 
5. Keep ink not lower than minimum level; develop habit of adding ink in time to avoid occurrence of empty ink. Pay attention to cleaning funnel and ink cartridge to prevent ink residue from clogging nozzle.
