Nozzle clogging of sublimation textile printer is a common problem. Among them, industrial print head is easier to solve clogging problem. Epson head is relatively difficult to deal with clogging problem because of its manufacturing process. Today, Fedar sublimation printer factory will sort out two ways to clean print head.
 
Method 1
 
Step 1: Empty ink in sublimation printer head, pour high-efficiency cleaning fluid into print head, turn on print head to raise temperature to normal working temperature, and let it stand for 40-60 minutes. (key is to heat up)
 
Step 2: Press button to clean sublimation textile printer head, and observe whether state of print head's droplets is improved. If there is any change, use a clean cloth or cotton swab to clean surface of print head, and observe whether print status has improved significantly.
 
Repeat first step and second step method. This method is suitable for nozzles that can be heated. You don't need to remove nozzles from sublimation textile printer for cleaning. The key point is that temperature can be better dissolved and cleaned.
 
Method 2 (nozzle is removed from sublimation printer to clean up)
 
Pour high-efficiency cleaning solution into a suitable clean container that can hold sublimation printer head, use a syringe to suck out air in head, use negative pressure to let cleaning solution in container enter print head, and leave it for 40-60 minutes. It is best to put it in a higher temperature environment to facilitate dissolution, and then extract cleaning solution to observe whether spraying state has improved. Repeat above steps until ink is discharged from print head normally. If nozzle is blocked for too long and it is difficult to clean it, you can prolong soaking time of nozzle and increase temperature of cleaning fluid by about 45 degrees.
