First, let's talk about how to avoid the clogging of the fabric print head, because the print head is also more prone to failure. At present, almost all inkjet fabric  printing machines are equipped with automatic print head cleaning function. If the printer is not used for a period of time, the printer will also execute the automatic nozzle cleaning command when it is turned on next time. At this time, the machine will use its internal auxiliary system to attract the ink in the ink cartridge, so as to wash out the thickened and dried ink in the nozzle, and avoid it from drying out and crystallizing. Therefore, even if you do not use a inkjet fabric printer, you must develop the habit of starting the machine at least once every two weeks to avoid the risk of blockage. For some printers, as long as the power supply remains in the "ON" position, the inkjet fabric printer will automatically perform the cleaning action when it has not been used for a period of time.
 
Secondly, let's introduce the main cause of the damage to the print head of the inkjet fabric printing machine. The small bubbles in the ink supply system can easily form an air barrier at the ink inlet hole, resulting in a sudden interruption of ink supply from the nozzle, resulting in nozzle missing during printing. At this time, the inkjet fabric printing machine must be cleaned in time. If you continue printing in this case, the nozzle will be damaged, which will damage the print head. The aging and deformation of the main or auxiliary parts of the print head will make the print head vulnerable to mold at any time, which is also caused by one of the reasons for damage to the print head; generally take a few minutes of rest after printing for 1 hour, otherwise it will affect the life of the print head.
 
Finally, the most common failures of ink cartridges: ① The new ink cartridge is missing color or disconnected. It may be that the cartridge hole seal is not cleaned or there is air bubbles at the ink outlet of the ink cartridge; it is necessary to tear the air hole seal or clean the nozzle once or twice. The position of the nozzle missing is changed, because there is air in the damper of the nozzle, and it can be cleaned for 1 to 2 times. The position does not change, the nozzle is clogged or there are air bubbles in the ink outlet, and it needs to be cleaned or shut down for a while and try again. ② After replacing the new ink cartridge, it still shows no ink, the ink cartridge is not pressed into place or the sensor cartridge of the ink cartridge is not returned. You need to reinstall the ink cartridge or help reset the spring by hand.
