1.After Fedar sublimation printer is installed, and maintenance of nozzles at initial stage of equipment
 
①In order to make print head into best operating state, before Fedar sublimation printer officially starts to undertake production business, please be sure to use 1 to 2 days to print as many pictures as possible. picture is best used in CMYK 4 colors, and in picture C, M, Y, K 4 color bars must be added on both sides to ensure that 4 nozzles are always in inkjet state.
 
②It is best to take out moisturizing sponge and its bracket in capping station when printing.
 
2.Maintain nozzle after daily work
After all printing jobs are completed every day, in order to keep nozzles in best working condition and avoid clogging nozzles, please follow methods below to maintain nozzles and let Fedar sublimation printer overnight.
①Power off Fedar sublimation printer.
 
②First clean moisturizing sponge with a special cleaning solution, and then pour cleaning solution on sponge to soak it.
 
③Move print head back to cleaning station at far right and close nozzle and moisturizing sponge.
 
④Leave Fedar sublimation printer in this state overnight.
