1. If the indoor temperature is close to 0℃ or the machine has been shut down for more than 10 days or the ink tube is leaking, the ink stack and the printhead cannot be closed normally, it is recommended to pull out the ink cartridge and seal it, remove the ink in the ink tube, clean the pipeline, and remove the printhead. Clean up, coat the printhead with special printhead protective liquid, and wrap it with plastic wrap.
 
2.Print a test strip to ensure that the printhead is in normal condition and there is no ink break.
 
3.It is possible to set the high and low-end models of the digital printing machine printheads. Set the machine printheads as low as possible to make the printheads and the ink stack as close as possible.
 
4.Models with bubble printhead function: For bubble machine operation, you can set the bubble machine time a little longer (note: do not turn off the main power); models without bubble printhead function: use solvent, eco-solvent ink The machine drips special cleaning fluid into the ink stack, and the machine that uses water-based ink drips pure water into the ink stack, tie the lower ink tube of the ink stack with a rope or rubber band, and then turn off the main power supply.
 
5. Use clean cotton swabs and special cleaning fluid for machines using solvent and eco-solvent inks; use clean cotton swabs and purified water for machines using water-based ink (! Note: pure water is best, tap water is never used) to wipe the printhead clean. (! Note: It is best to wipe in one direction, do not smear in a circle).
