If Fedar sublimation printer is used more frequently, maintenance is easier. If not, print head must be well maintained. If Fedar sublimation printer is not expected to be used for more than 48 hours,ink in printhead must be cleaned, otherwise ink will dry up and printhead will even be irreversibly damaged.
 
1. Turn off power of Fedar sublimation printer.
 
2. Move Fedar sublimation printer head to leftmost cleaning position, and place a corrosion-resistant container under printhead to contain cleaning waste.
 
3. Use glass syringe to draw out or pour out ink in auxiliary ink tank of Fedar sublimation printer directly, and then clean auxiliary ink tank with special cleaning fluid.
 
4.Unplug ink supply tube (from auxiliary ink tank) on Fedar sublimation printer head, and then use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning fluid to clean printhead, and do it twice. Finally, do not blow off remaining cleaning fluid in Fedar sublimation printer head, and be sure to leave enough cleaning fluid inside printhead, because cleaning fluid can moisturize Fedar sublimation printer head.
