In fact, this was all caused by "temperature". So what should I do for winter maintenance of Fedar sublimation printer?
 
1. Temperature of working environment is very important to Fedar sublimation printer. If temperature is too low, Fedar sublimation printer will have oblique spray, flying ink, and false printing. When user finds that image of print head test strip is imaginary, he can use an electric heating fan or a hair dryer to heat up print head to avoid such problems when sublimation textile printer is working. In addition, before using Fedar sublimation printer, user should turn on air conditioner or electric heating fan in advance to warm up working environment. Temperature should be kept at 15℃-30℃ to keep Fedar sublimation printer in best working condition, which will not only improve work efficiency, and printing effect is also excellent.
 
2. In addition, it is easy to generate static electricity in winter, especially in air-conditioned rooms. Excessive static electricity will increase working loss of Fedar sublimation printer and affect life of print head. Therefore, when user turns on air conditioner, it is best to turn on humidifier synchronously to increase air humidity. Humidity is best maintained at 35%-65%. humidifier should be keep a distance to Fedar sublimation printer board to avoid condensation of water droplets, which may cause a short circuit on board. In addition, you must connect a ground wire to Fedar sublimation printer and bury it in ground with a depth of not less than 2 meters. You can also pour salt water in burial site to enhance conductivity.
 
3. Too low temperature will also change viscosity of ink, especially inferior ink. In winter, viscosity of ink will increase, which will block nozzles of sublimation textile printer, resulting in oblique spraying and ink breakage, which will affect life of nozzles. Therefore, users should choose inks with good weather resistance and good quality. It is recommended that users choose original inks, and is best to store it in an environment of 15℃-30℃.
