In process of using Fedar direct to film printer, we should maintain various parts of transfer printer, especially print head. So when print head of Fedar direct to film printer is seriously blocked, how to solve it?
 
1. Remove print head from Fedar direct to film printer.
 
2. Pour an appropriate amount of special cleaning solution into a clean glass container (such as a beaker), put transfer textile printer head in, immerse bottom of head 2～3mm, and then seal glass container with plastic wrap (anti-dust) and let it stand for more than 1 day .
Note: signal interface at top of textile printer head should not be in contact with cleaning fluid, otherwise print head will be damaged.
 
3. After Fedar direct to film printer head is soaked, pour an appropriate amount of special cleaning liquid into printer head cleaner, and then put bottom of direct to film printer head into cleaning solution to immerse about 2～3mm, then start cleaner, select special cleaner, if you use general ultrasonic cleaning device must strictly control time to prevent damage to Fedar direct to film printer head.
Note: Use washer for cleaning no more than three times continuously.
 
4.Use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning fluid, and inject it from ink supply tube interface on top of Fedar direct to film printer head. Pay attention to state of water line sprayed from print head. If all water lines are straight, cleaning is effective and print head can continue. Use (prerequisite: both circuit and piezoelectric crystal are intact). If there is still part of water line spraying skewed, you must follow steps 2 and 3 for another 2 to 3 times.
