When
Fedar sublimation printer is spraying ink on material, there will always be a part of ink around, and ink is volatile, and nozzle will become smaller or even clogged after drying. Therefore, do we need to maintain nozzle after sublimation textile printer is working every day? Maintenance method is as follows.
1. Move trolley back to rightmost capping station and make print head and moisturizing cap tightly integrated.
2. First clean moisturizing sponge of Fedar sublimation printer with a special cleaning solution, and then pour cleaning solution on sponge to soak it.
3. Turn off power of sublimation textile printer.
4. Leave sublimation printer in this state overnight.
Treatment method after print head is found to be clogged:
1. It is very important to deal with slight blockage of print head in time to maintain best working condition of Fedar sublimation printer!
2. Reconnect ink supply tube after cleaning, and then resume previously suspended print job of sublimation textile printer.
3. When you find that print head is slightly clogged during printing process, press pause button to stop printing without hesitation.
4. Unplug ink supply tube on print head, and then use a syringe to draw a special cleaning solution to clean nozzle. Method: Use 40ml professional cleaning solution every 10 minutes for a total of 3 to 4 times.
