In process of using
fedar sublimation printer, we often encounter problems such as pauses on both sides or slow down and sudden shutdown during printing. So how do we solve these problems?
1. Reasons for failure of fedar sublimation printer:
①Connectors at both ends of printed cable are loose, poor contact or have fallen off, then change power and data cables to check if problem is on the cable;
②Length of printing cable used is too long (such as USB cable), and USB power supply is insufficient;
③Fedar sublimation printer cannot recognize ECP printer port of computer.
2. Solution for failure of fedar sublimation printer:
①Check all cables connected to fedar sublimation printer, it is recommended to fix them;
②Check if length of connecting cable of fedar sublimation printer is too long. Generally, length of 3 meters is more appropriate; quality of cable is also closely related to downtime of fedar sublimation printer, or it will affect accuracy of data transmission, so we recommend using high-quality cables with a length of less than 3 meters;
③Problem that computer cannot recognize printer port, solution: restart computer, press DEL key (some computers press F2) to enter CMOS settings of motherboard during hardware self-check of computer, enter INTEGRATEDPERIPHERALS option, find ParallelPortMode and set it to ECP , Finally press F10 to save and exit BIOS settings, restart computer to enter system, check whether it is connected, and recognize print port.
④Check power consumption: check whether surrounding high-power electrical equipment such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and scanners are turned off during printing process; strong electromagnetic fields will interfere with output of fedar sublimation printer; at the same time, do not make fedar sublimation printer and large power equipment is on the same power supply line; moreover, in areas with unstable power supply, please equip fedar sublimation printer and computer with an online uninterruptible power supply (UPS);
⑤Check grounding situation: static electricity will have bad effect on signal transmission, so please use a better three-phase power socket and plug, and connect standard ground wire to ensure that fedar sublimation printer has a good grounding.
