Some customers reported that fedar sublimation printer sometimes lacks a certain color when working, not very often. If fedar sublimation printer lacks a certain color, it may be a problem with ink pipe or damper.
 
1. It may be due to presence of air in ink pipeline: you can check whether there is air in ink pipeline of fedar sublimation printer. If there is air or bubbles, ink will be cut off from time to time, resulting in missing a certain color.
 
2.There may be impurities in filter in damper that block flow of ink: Check whether inner filter in damper of fedar sublimation printer has impurities that affect flow of ink. If there are too many impurities, clean it in time.
 
3. It may be caused by installation of printer head and ink absorber of fedar sublimation printer: check whether ink absorber can draw out ink when cleaning printer head. If ink cannot be drawn out, it may be that thprinter head and ink absorber of fedar sublimation printer are not reached correctly match, which needs to correct print head position.
 
4.Ink may not be smooth due to low room temperature: check fluidity of fedar sublimation printer ink, if it is due to low temperature, heat ink appropriately.
 
Generally, there are few problems during use of fedar sublimation printer. If there are some abnormal phenomena, it is mostly caused by users of fedar sublimation printer not paying attention to maintenance.
