Regarding the Epson print head, the direct cause of its damage is physical damage, that is, due to the warping of media such as paper, the metal perforation at the bottom of the fedar printer head is scratched during the printing process, resulting in damage to the fedar print head orifice, which prevents normal radiation.
 
5. Ink quality
Fedar printer Ink contains a variety of chemical components, often due to imprecise filtration, excessive thinning, and insufficient moisturizing fluid, causing damage to the fedar printer head.
