Try to focus on printing
Each time the FEDAR printing machine is started, it is necessary to clean the print head and initialize the printer, and fill the ink delivery system with ink. This process is relatively expensive, so do not start the printing machine frequently.
If you need to print a lot of things, it is recommended to collect the things you want to print together for centralized printing. This not only saves ink, but also improves work efficiency.
 
Clean the print head properly
Many printing machines now provide the function of automatic cleaning of the print head, and can be operated directly through the cleaning function buttons on the control panel, which is simple and quick.
The automatic cleaning function of the print head can well protect the print head and ensure the print quality, but it needs to be used reasonably. Do not rely too much on the automatic cleaning function. When the nozzle is severely blocked and automatic cleaning is invalid, manual cleaning is recommended to avoid unnecessary waste of large amounts of ink.
 
Pay attention to the following points when cleaning the head
A. Do not clean the head with sharp objects, do not hit the nozzle, and do not touch the nozzle with your hand;
B. The nozzle cannot be disassembled and installed in the charged state. Do not touch the electrical contacts on the nozzle with your hands or other objects;
C. The nozzle cannot be removed from the printer and placed separately, and the nozzle cannot be placed in dusty places.
 
Appropriate print mode
The ink consumed by different printing modes of the printing machine is different. The ink consumed by printing is proportional to the print quality and resolution. Therefore, in the daily work of the printing machine, we cannot simply pursue high precision and high resolution, but we must choose a suitable printing mode according to the actual situation. For some unimportant materials, we can use the ink saving mode to print.
