For fedar digital fabric printing machine, its maintenance are very important. For example, ink, nozzles, grounding wires, and working environment are all important for normal maintenance. The life of the printing machine is also closely related to daily maintenance. Therefore, we must pay attention to the maintenance of digital fabric printer.
 
1. Digital fabric printers who work 24 hours a day should rest for about an hour in the middle, and unplug the power cord, network cable and ground wire, touch the machine casing with uses’ hands to discharge static electricity, so as not to damage the nozzle and other circuit boards.
 
2. The environment temperature is kept at room temperature (about 20°--30°C), there is a certain humidity, and the dust is as small as possible. If the temperature is low, the ink supply may not be smooth. In order to improve the activity of the ink, it is necessary to manually warm up, that is, use the fan or heater to heat the iron plate at the bottom of the ink cartridge.
 
3. Every two days, use the nozzle cleaning fluid on the capping station and soak for half an hour to remove stains and extend the life of the nozzle.
 
4.Fedar digital fabric printing machine must be grounded, because static electricity will damage the machine, and there will be static wires or signal disturbances on the screen.
 
5.Operators should develop a good habit of writing operation logs, record the printing conditions of the machine at different temperatures, humidity, different paper materials and various printing modes, and various specific parameters for various types of printing files to summarize the best work experience.
 
6.After using for a certain period of time, the carriage slider will accumulate a lot of dirt, which will cause high resistance, ghosting and other phenomena, so the carriage guide rail should be cleaned regularly. After turning off the machine, add a few drops of sewing machine lubricant to the carriage rail (you must not add other lubricants), then manually move the carriage left and right, and finally wipe the oil and dirt on the guide rail with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
 
7.The maintenance of the print head should be wiped regularly with the cotton swab with pure water on the periphery of the ink head, as well as the scraper and the ink pump. Never touch the nozzle, which is the bottom of the ink head. Special attention is to be sure to put the media clips on both sides to prevent the media from warping, which can scratch the print head.
 
8.Observe the ink in the ink cartridge frequently to prevent the ink cartridge from running dry, or the air enters the pipe to cause nozzle misisng. When adding ink, be sure to clean the funnel with pure water. At the same time, the sediment in the ink cartridge should be cleaned regularly to prevent dirt or ink residues from entering the pipeline and damper, causing the print head to block. The ink level in the ink cartridge should always be kept at about two-thirds of the ink cartridge, and it is best to keep it at the highest mark of the ink cartridge (with a scale mark on the ink cartridge) to prevent the nozzle from frequently nozzle missing due to uneven pressure of the ink cartridge.
