What determines the quality of digital printing? For digital printing accuracy, we always ask what the printing resolution is. Originally, this is only a part of printing accuracy. During this process, there are three primary aspects of print head resolution, mechanical accuracy, ink and print head matching.
1. Printhead accuracy
There are many types of printhead on the market today, and the uses of different printhead are not the same. Epson printhead are mainly used in the printing industry. There are DX5, XP600, EPS3200, DX7, TX800, 5113 etc.Among of them,EPS3200 with high precision and fast speed are more suitable for printing applications, with 3200DPI resolution, 1.5pl, and long service life. Fedar series printing machine was the first to apply the 3200 print head and achieved a good return.
2. Mechanical accuracy
The impact on printing is far greater than the resolution of the print head, because mechanical processing is not very high in China, and assembly accuracy is not good. For example, the inconsistency of parallelism will cause the fabric to deviate, the quality of the bearing will not pass, and the wear will be inconsistent, which will also affect the parallelism. The Fedar series adopts a high-end one-piece structure, and the platform leaves the factory after being tested by professionals at least three times.
3. Ink
Generally, people think that ink may affect the color saturation, color fastness, and coloring amount, but in fact, ink will also have a great impact on printing accuracy. The most significant contrast is that if the ink is not smooth and has a lot of mechanical impurities, it may show the appearance of broken lines and plugs, showing small white lines during the printing process, and then affecting the printing accuracy.
Fedar has a professional scientific research team dedicated to the research and development of Epson's printhead. The Fedar series of machines are as large as iron parts and small parts are constantly improving to ensure the stable operation of the machine.
