1. Cap: located directly below print head of Fedar sublimation printer, on right side of whole machine, mainly to protect print head, its main function is to suck out residual ink in nozzle, to avoid phenomenon of plugging caused by solvent volatilization and drying.
 
According to movement mode,capping station has a sliding block and a lifting point. Generally speaking, lifting capping station cleans nozzles more thoroughly and has a better effect. Capping station, cap, etc. work together to form automatic cleaning and moisturizing effect of sublimation textile printer head.
 
2.Damper: damper is a small plastic bag located above print head of Fedar sublimation printer. At position where ink tube and print head are connected, you can see when you open print head cover. One color ink has one damper, and there is half a bag of ink inside damper of sublimation textile printer, which is connected between nozzle and ink tube.
 
There is a filter in damper, which can filter out impurities in ink, ensure smooth ink supply, prevent nozzle clogging, disconnection and other failures, and play a role in ink filtration. It is used to balance ink pressure of nozzle and filter impurities, as well as to collect air in ink path, which can reduce chance of nozzle blockage.
