1.The printed picture has double image and dislocation.
 
①There is dirt on fedar sublimation printer's encoder strip, which causes the position sensed by the trolley to be inaccurate, resulting in printing errors and dislocation of printing double images. At this time, the encoder strip needs to be cleaned or replaced.
 
②Fedar sublimation printer's trolley does not run smoothly, the guide rail is too dirty or the trolley gasket and sheating are worn and dirty. The trolley will be stuck in the moving process, and printhead will spray ink indiscriminately, resulting in dislocation or double images of the printed images. At this time, the guide rail, gasket and copper sheating need to be cleaned or replaced.
 
2.Skewed printed image
 
The skew of the printed image of fedar sublimation printer may be because printing material is not placed flat, and there is a skewed bulge; in addition, it may be that the tension of fedar sublimation printer's stepper motor control in the winding system is faulty, resulting in a skewed printed image.
 
3. Printing is disconnected.
 
①No ink in fedar sublimation printer's cartridge, just add ink.
 
②Fedar sublimation printer head is blocked. If it is slightly blocked, it can be cleaned by the cleaning function of fedar sublimation printing machine. If the blockage is serious, printhead can be taken down and soaked with cleaning liquid for cleaning.
