1.First of all,static electricity is higher in dry environment. Higher static electricity not only has a greater harm to Fedar sublimation printer, but also has a certain impact on use of ink, such as serious ink flying.
 
2.In addition,Fedar sublimation printer ink solvent is a volatile liquid. When air dries,volatilization speed will increase, and ink on surface of nozzle will be fast-drying, causing nozzle clogging. During printing process, it is manifested as ink flying, frequent disconnection and inkjet skew. If you do not pay attention to Fedar sublimation printer head maintenance,it may be damaged.
 
3.Drying will also change material, making some of coating on material or other chemical materials change and therefore incompatible with ink.If not solved in time, will cause damage to Fedar sublimation printer head and motor. Of course, best way is to keep temperature/humidity in printing room within ideal range (20-27 degrees Celsius, relative humidity 35%-80%).
 
4.Finally, before ink in main ink tank of Fedar sublimation printer is used up,spare ink should be taken out of library and placed next to Fedar sublimation printer at least 24 hours in advance, so that temperature of spare ink and ink in main ink tank will be close when replace.
